Below is what I bought today for dinner. I love to pair my lechon belly with puso^ (hanging rice). It's just Cebuanos' old time favorite. Just eat this moderately though or you'll get hypertension or raise your cholesterol level. Our health is still our wealth so just indulge a little at a time. Ciao!

All time favorite: Cebu's famous Lechon Belly
I went to Festival Mall Alabang tonight and to my surprise found out a food stall in their food court about Cebuano food, the famous lechon belly. Ohhh, I almost die with happiness. It's been awhile since I haven't tried Cebu's finest lechon. Yeah, I tried some lechon here in Manila areas but sorry for this criticism of mind, sometimes it taste blunt and the worst thing is it depended on Mang Tomas sauce to taste better. In which, I apologize again in my own opinion defeats the own taste of Lechon that it should be tasty enough to be eaten on its own or just needs a little soy or chili vinegar for the dippings. I know most people here in Luzon just love the taste of Mang Tomas but for me, it's smells like a vomit and taste so weird. Again, sorry for me saying these things.
