Remembering one of my life's mentor when I was in high school, Atty. Nina Valenzona of Share A Child Movement. I was scrolling my mails checking for some poems that I've saved before I switch to a new phone last year and I happen to come across with my message for this wonderful woman during her death a year ago, around February 2014.
Now, I am emotional again here because I will never be the kind of person I am today if it's not for her guidance, kindness and selfless acts. I was one of her scholars. She and her mom Atty. Esperanza Valenzona built a shelter and refuge for those poor kids like myself to be their haven especially in creating educational and learning opportunities. It's sad that whoever made the world a better place was the one taken away by death so early.
Here's my mesaage for her that I kept to be reminded of her unconditional love to others in need..
